Shipping and Policy - We do not provide any return or exchange policies for international shipments. Exchanges are only possible for local within India shipments. However in the case of latter, the customer has to bring the instrument to our store and after due inspection, the exchange will be made possible for a higher or equivalent valued product. For International shipments, we ship with the best courier service providers such as Fedex, DHL, UPS and others. We take very special care in packing all the Harmoniums for transit. However we cannot guarantee a 100% safe delivery. We do however provide the option of insurance for all instruments shipped which can be directly claimed from the shipping companies. (It will be at their discretion to what they provide.)
